Your satisfaction is important to us. Within 30 days of receipt, you will get a full product replacement or refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase unless otherwise noted. All shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility and not refundable. Turn around time is fast as we have many products stocked in our warehouse and available for quick shipping.

Products must be returned in full. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, we will not accept any returns after 30 days of the order date.

Same day shipping is our goal and we do a good job at achieving this, but this may vary depending on volume, quantity on hand, and site traffic levels. We do not ship outside of the continental United States at this time.
